A one-person startup, grown into a seven-figure agency.
I founded Johnson Communications as a one-person startup and grew it into a nine-person, seven-figure public relations and marketing agency recognized by 5280 Magazine as one of the region's leading travel and tourism public relations firms. Along the way, I built a high-performing team, developed scalable systems, and attracted nationally recognized clients.
These experiences taught me that every organization has its own path to success. Some businesses grow by expanding teams, while others thrive by creating smarter systems, embracing technology, and maximizing the strengths of a lean organization.
Today, I bring those real-world experiences to every client engagement.
